Economically disadvantaged youth in villages and slums are lacking in education and employable skills; they are jobless, in search of low-skill jobs. Gautam Gambhir Foundation conducted baseline survey to identify skills needed in the job-market and has developed online training programs for youth, women and adolescent girls.
